What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website www.sonarooms.com.au, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources and from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. Sweat & Tonic will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Studio Terms and Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions before registering. When signing up as a client of Sweat & Tonic, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on our website.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before a session
- BYO towels or available for hire at additional cost
- Please check in with front of house when you arrive
- Sessions will be forfeited for late arrival of 20 minutes or more
- Sweat & Tonic not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings
- Sweat & Tonic has the right to refuse entry at anytime
-Sweat & Tonic reserves all rights.
-All infrared sauna and contrast therapy bookings can accomodate up to three (3) persons. Subject to appropriate payment prior to service and compliance of all individuals with our liability waiver
- Bookings are strictly to be made online via our website, or social media links where applicable. Booking requests over the phone or social media without payment is not accepted.
- Sweat & Tonic is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for sessions that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
-To book a session you must either have credits in your account or pay online at the time of booking. Payment can also be taken over the phone with a credit card.
Sweat & Tonic is not liable for health claims or benefits discussed on websites or social media.
By booking an appointment at Sweat & Tonic, you agree to the above terms & conditions and that:you have read, understood, and acknowledge all the instructions and rules for using the facilities at Sweat & Tonic
you are choosing to use the sauna and/ or cold plunges of your own free will and will not hold the owner/operator or Sweat & Tonic liable for any injury or incidence during a session or while on the premises
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 6 hour reschedule and cancellation policy for all appointments. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media.
Cancelling and rescheduling can be completed over the phone during opening hours or via the link in your appointment confirmation email. Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment within the 6 hour period you will forfeit the session or be charged at the full rate.
Arrivals 20 minutes after session start time will forfeit the entire session.
Late arrivals, less than 20 minutes after start time will result in a shortened session without compensation.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Prices, products and offers include GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
Sweat & Tonic does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable.
Sauna Packs & Memberships
5 Sauna Pack is valid for 6 months from first visit, 10 Sauna Pack is valid for 12 months from first visit.
Memberships are renewed each month from the day of purchase, with a minimum of 3 months commitment. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. 30 days notice for cancellation.
Sweat & Tonic does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
Any non-cancellations, no shows will result in forfeiting that visit.
Introductory Offers
Sweat & Tonic Introductory Offers are available only to new clients only. Your intro pass will activate from your first visit.
Your Intro pass is valid for 30 days from your first visit.

Sweat & Tonic adheres to the Australian regulation of Minimum age of Consent. QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, NT and ACT minimum age of consent is 16. SA and TAS minimum age of consent is 17. If under the age of consent, parental supervision is required for the use of Sweat & Tonic facilities. If 13 years or over, the additional person fee applies. If you bring a plus one, you assume responsibility for their actions whilst on the premises and agree to cooperate with Sweat & Tonic in the unlikely situation that they become liable for damage to the facilities. In the case of an emergency situation, our team may self-access your private room in order to respond. Any actions to your visit that directly contradict any of the above terms and conditions, or policies, will result in termination of your account and you may be liable for any damages to the facilities.
Health and Wellbeing
Consult your physician if you are in doubt of your ability to use the facilities for health reasons, especially if you have a pre-existing cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, or type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Rapid and/ or extreme changes in core temperature can be dangerous for patrons with these conditions. In the event that any dizziness, light-headedness, pain or discomfort is experienced, immediately discontinue use of the facility. The use of drugs, medication or alcohol prior to or during use of the facilities may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness and is strictly forbidden. Clients taking prescription medications must consult a physician or pharmacist prior to the use of our facilities. Please drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna and/ or cold plunge session. Choosing to use our facilities whilst fasting, during illness or following extreme physical activity is discouraged due to the stress on the body and any choice to do so is solely at the risk of the patron. Please act responsibly.
Pregnancy:
Pregnant people should not use sauna and/ or cold plunges under any circumstances. Excessive body temperatures have a potential for causing fetal damage. If you are pregnant, we advise against using our sauna and/ or cold plunges. If you are breastfeeding, it is your choice as to whether or not you wish to use the sauna and/ or cold plunges, however we do not advise it.
